Free Delivery

Free contactless delivery is available to metro areas across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Perth. Same-day delivery applies to weekday orders placed before 2pm, with four-hour delivery available in those areas. Regional deliveries typically take one to ten business days. Deferred delivery can also be arranged.

Returns

Free returns apply within the listed metro areas during the 120-night trial window, after the seven-night minimum. Outside of these areas, return shipping is at the buyer's cost, and the mattress must be returned to Koala's warehouse for a refund to be processed.

Mattress Care
